When will I receive my rental income?
Owner payments are issued on a regular schedule, typically after rent has been collected and any property-related expenses have been processed. -
How is rent collected?
We make it easy for tenants to pay rent through various options, including a secure online portal. Late payments are handled according to the lease agreement. -
When can management services begin?
We can begin managing your property as soon as all agreements are finalized and the home is ready to lease. -
