This was my first experience using a relator to sell a home (Short Sale). I can honestly say that Jim Dutton made this a painless and worth while experience. After that he was always available to answer questions and he guided me through the entire process. He gave great feed back and educated me on what to expect. Mr. Dutton was very professional.
